While working for Gateway Church, Paul oversaw inventory, maintenance, and repairs of the equipment within the production studio. On staff as a Video Producer, he also proposed ideas for new studio sets to be built, and played a key role in making those productions happen.

• Propose new studio layouts; implement, organize, and label studio equipment.

• Keep track of equipment inventory and suggest new equipment for filming both on location and in the studio.

• Oversee maintenance and repair of equipment.

• Help manage communication for building new studio set walls.

• Paint, lay flooring, and transport furniture/decor for new sets.
