Granada, past and present

I love looking at old photographs of a city. Sometimes things have grown so much that a place is virtually unrecognizable. Other times, it’s amazing how little has changed.

In Granada, Nicaragua at the San Francisco Convent and Cultural Center, part of the permanent collection includes a series of early 20th century photographs of the area. I decided to record a few and find the same spots in the city to see how times have changed, or not:

  1. Neat comparison. Amazing how little things have changed (at least in the photos!)
