You cough and sneeze…but do you do it correctly? Taped to the wall separating the bus driver from the passengers, this poster is part of a recent campaign in Costa Rica to promote good hygiene during flu season. The message is also being supported by TV commercials and information booths around town passing out pamphlets to passer-bys. To date, there has been one death, eight confirmed cases and 120 suspected cases of the AH1N1 virus in the country.
